Pipe Bends
Pipe elbows are extruded and bent up to 406 mm diameter.
Elbows with more than 406 mm diameter are extruded from steel sheets or welded from sheet segments. Pipe elbows with diameters from 17 mm to 1200 mm are available.
Pipe elbows are used in many industries. One of the main fields of application for them is pulp and paper sector. Chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as marine and shipbuilding industries have high quality requirements to steel pipe elbows.
Quality standards in these industries and corrosion conditions are very severe. Nevertheless, the quality level of our products makes it possible to use elbows even in these industries.
Pipe elbows are also widely used in construction engineering. They are one of the key factors in solving the problem of construction service. Elbows are also used in food industry, machinery, vehicle manufacturing and nuclear industry.
Fields of application: various industries: food, power, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, pulp and paper industries, etc.
Performance: elbows of 45, 90, 180 degrees DIN 11852.
For manufacturing, steel of the following grades can be used: AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI 316, AISI 316L, AISI 321.
Operating fluid: hot and cold water, fats and oils, compounds, etc.
