Cold-rolled Steel Sheets
Cold-rolled steel sheets are manufactured acc. to GOST 16523-89. Sheets are manufactured from steel of the following grades: St08(kp,ps), St10(kp, ps), St15(kp,ps), St20(kp,ps), St25, St30, St35, St40, St45. Steel chemical composition should confirm GOST 1050-88. The schedule should confirm GOST 19904-74.
Cold-rolled products are divided into 2 groups:
- Coils (with or without sheared edge).
- Sheets (with sheared edge).
According to rated properties the products are divided to 5 categories. By min tensile strength (V) they are divided to strength groups: K260V, etc., where K means quality; and 260 is lower limit of tensile strength).
By surface finishing quality:
- Advanced finish;
- High finish;
- Extremely high finish;
By draw ability (up to 2 mm thickness):
By draw ability rolled products are divided to 4 categories:
- SV – hard drawing;
- VOSV – extremely specially hard drawing;
- VG – extremely deep drawing;
- OSV - specially hard drawing;
By surface finishing quality rolled products are divided to 3 groups:
- Advanced finish;
- Extremely high finish;
- High finish;
Rolled products should be manufactured in the heat treated state, defined by the manufacturer.
