Tearplated Steel Sheets
Tearplated steel is manufactured in sheets and coils with one-side diamond or lentil pattern.
Sheets with diamond pattern are manufactured with diamond diagonals (23 – 30) x (60 - 70) mm. Configuration of corrugations and lengthwise or crosswise position if the main diagonal are defined by the manufacturers.
Sheets are manufactured from 600 to 2200 mm width and from 1400 to 8000 mm length with 50 mm scale.
Sheets with lentil pattern are manufactured with 20, 25 and 30 mm distance between the lentils.
On request steel sheets of other sizes can be manufactured:
- Gauge length;
- Multiple gauge length;
- Gauge length with the residue not more than 10% of the lot weight;
- Multiple gauge length with the residue not more than 10% of the lot weight;
- Off-gauge length.
The residue means sheets with length limited to off-gauge length, left from cutting to gauge and multiple gauge length.
